How to use economic instruments in achieving new ambitious targets for waste management.
“The Urban Agenda Partnership on Circular Economy together with the EUROCITIES Working Group on Waste wish to set spotlight on the use of Pay As You Throw as an instrument to be used for cities in the future work for source separation and recycling.

The partnership has developed a toolkit for cities, focusing on all elements for a successful implementation. The toolkit will be presented, as some city examples. The WG will be asked to give input to the toolkit and how this should be disseminated among cities in a best possible way.”
